Mrs. Cindy Proctor - BPS Teacher of the Year

Cindy Proctor - BPS TOTY 2009 -10

Mrs. Cindy Proctor has been chosen by her peers as Berrien Primary
School's Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Proctor has been teaching for
over twenty-seven years, and is Nationally Board Certified.  She is
currently teaching kindergarten at BPS. Mrs. Proctor lives in Enigma
with her husband Dr. Dennis Proctor, and they are the proud parents
of Erin and Cory. Congratulations, Cindy, we are so proud of you!
